In purchasing real estate there are a number of key items that
you will need to be aware of PRIOR to your actual purchase. In selling
real estate the items listed below are very important items that
from item to time do come up and need to be explained to usually
both parties involved. If this education can come before a contract
is signed all parties will feel better and confident that all is
in order if for no other reason that both parties understand that
these issues DO come up but usually too late, which can cause legal
problems and hard feelings. Much of these items are very typical
for rural areas and are nothing to fear.
